Well, I decided to buy my own new hood. This is my number one choice since I'm getting the GT500 front end installed.

Yay?
Nay?

Think theirs any issues with seeing over the cowl? I knw its not that big but it looks like it rises up to the window a bit.

all pics of hoods that i have seen show that there is plenty of room to see over the scoop. this is most likely similar.

I said no mainly because the windscreen is so short on these cars I think that cowl just looks odd.

I say yes. Being that you want the GT500 front, this hood has the same over the grill contour as the stock GT500 hood.

I'm not a fan of cowl hoods but if you are going for the look of the pic you posted I think it looks good.

It looks good are their any other GT500 hood options besides the stock GT500 hood? I checked the cervinis site and that is the only one available.

I could go with a stock style hood. If I were to buy a stock hood from Ford it'd actually cost more. But I was thinking of getting the Saleen hood if I dont go with the cowl...but I just like the contour that matches the GT500 stock hood/front end.

I voted yes, there are other hoods that look cool too, but as cowl hoods go this will look good on your car. If you go for it post pics later.
