On a 4 eye and a black car, the same color is almost the only option that will not make it look like an accident victim waiting for a paint job. The other color is natural carbon fiber. But a matching black hood will look best on your cool ride.
Who makes a cowl hood for early Foxes? Back in the early days, I took a flat hood, centered where the air cleaner stud and middle of a new OEM scoop were, and installed the new scoop over a cut out circle. That gave the air cleaner clearance I needed and looked stock. I think i"the scoop was actually closer to the front of the car than a regular GT but no one ever asked.
The aftermarket sun roof was fun, but was not as good of an idea.
Someone has a SN95 in town that was green. It now has a black hood, roof and trunk. It looks like someone wanted a rice burner or is too cheap to pay to get parts painted to match.
