Need some help from the wiring guru's

I can't seem to get my '98 to start. I had it sitting for about 2 months and ended up having to replace the bett due to a dead cell. Got that done but now I cant get the engine to start. I have replaced the ignition switch,all relays in the main dist. block underhood and checked my wiring from the starter to the ign. switch. Oh and I have also replaced the starter to. Am I missing anything? Cause if I cant figure this thing out then I am going to install a push button and say the h*ll with it so that I can start riving it again.

I aint getting nothing but my dash lights on when I try. Headlights work wipers work theft light goes out and does not blink but the starter doesnt even give me a sound.
