Hi everyone, my friend needs to replace his front seats for his mustang. Anyone know any good sites where he can buy seats for around $400? He wants black leather seats.

Why does he need to replace them?

He can probably find a beat up pair of leather seats for around $400, or one good one for the same price. Best option is to check around Craigslist or ebay, or classifieds section; or see if they sell seat covers for the fronts only on one of the many sites that sell Mustang parts.

I have also seen on other forums where people are selling entire interiors... Say they don't care for leather but they find a good deal on a leather car, some will sell off the entire set for a reasonable price... So hit severeal forums and check their for sell threads. Maybe you can find a deal.

If you look in the Classified section, there are a few threads with people selling leather seats. Might want to look into it. Shipping will suck, but other than that it's a pretty cheap alternative.

I don't know about anyone else but, from the look of things some of those seats sit way to low to see the headlights and whats in front of me. Scary, not being able to see a pot hole at the last minute, other than that, aftermarket seats reduce weight considerably, especially the drivers side!

I've read good things about these seats:
