Have you tried www.tccoa.com I always went there before I traded in my 94. That would be my best advice. Good luck

IIRC, I thought Joe Lynch had some info about Raxle halfshafts on his '99 (prior to his solid axle swap). Might want to take a look through his tech notes:

http://www.lx.net/jlynch/

Additionally, GKN & Raxle were/are
two vendors that catered to the IRS halfshaft aftermarket. I'm not sure if either of them have developed any new halfshafts but GKN was the OEM supplier for the 2000 Cobra "R" halfshafts. They used the hardened 31 spline GKN halfshafts on the '00 R.

GKN's site (stage III halfshafts were the name btw):
http://www.gknservice.com/Service/e/service_home_e.html

Raxle site:
http://www.raxles.com/

I happened to dig up an old thread over on the Corner-Carvers' msg board while searching for Raxles' website on Google; it discussed their halfshafts 'sploding in a '99 (obviously this failure was at a very high speed of 135+ MPH on the dyno, so take that into consideration):
