Seems very worn in the interior. Honestly, it doesn't look well looked after. I'd hold out for another one unless you're looking for a fixer-upper. And if you are, the price is too high, IMO.

That's a $5k car here in FL...the interior should be closer to mint if he wants the $7k he is asking, the mods are well thought out and not eBay brand, so I'd offer about $5500 and walk away if he can't swing it if the car is otherwise what you're looking for.

Way too much money. Does the rear window leak?

did you take a look on the history of the car with crashes and so , the body or the outside parts looks fine, yet the inside of the car not so good , and for a 2000 GT I would not pay more than 5000-5500.
with your 7000$, you can get a 03-04 GT with better condition , at least that what I can find in my area , good luck anyway, and let me be the first one to say, welcome to family

I get leery of body kits. I agree with earlier posts, I'd offer in the 5k.

I say wait for the color combo you really want. There are so many mustangs out there and with you in the market for a GT that really shouldn't be too difficult. Just keep a good eye out. You'll find the right car. Trust me.

If you would really like something other than what you are looking at i.e. black on black, wait. Don't settle, it's your money and your car. The interior has signs of abuse. Some might call it normal wear, but the leather is done for. It wasn't cleaned or taken care of properly and that's going to cost you. The body looks alright as far as I can tell, but you should try and get a history on the car. That being said if you're set on getting it, it's not worth more than $5k at most. The problem with modified cars too is that people always try to get the money back that they put into them. That's why he's asking $7k I think.
