hi I have a 2000 Mustang GT. I have a misfire on cylinder 3. I have changed the coil pack and the spark plug it cleared out later on that day it started doing it again. Could a bad injector or a leaking manifold cause this problem as well

Yes it could be an injector as well as other "possible" causes such as low compression.

Consider using a mechanic's stethoscope to listen for the "click" of the injector pulse. If no click then a "noid" style test light can easily test for the electrically pulse from the PCM.

Note, it's possible for an injector to be mechanically clogged. If so, consider an injector cleaning and flow test service such as InjectorRX.com. Once cleaned and tested they are as good as new (but cheaper).

I changed the plugs and used an injector cleaner. I am going to test drive a and see what it does now the injectors seem like they are working

I chased a misfire for weeks thinking it was something serious on #7. New wires. They "looked" ok, but put a new set of Ford Racing 8mm wires on and never ran better. Make sure to follow/verify where each wire lands on the coil pack. They are numbered.
