Hey guys! Just wanted to introduce myself, I've been here for a loooong time, just got myself back into a Mustang (and finally a V8). Picked it up this afternoon. It's a really nice car- it's a premium, black leather interior, 5 speed, and only 51,500 miles. I already love it

Congrats. You're going to love the car. My parents have an '05 that looks just like that. Comes with the bonus of having a (relatively) rare color.

One thing I noticed is that the production date of this car is shown as 12/6/04- would that make this an early or late '05?

Also I figured Windveil Blue was somewhat rare, I sure don't see it much. I was iffy on it at first but I really like it now

Nice Car! A December production date is pretty close to the middle of the cycle for 05's. I think the Windveil Blue looks great on these cars. I hope you get as much enjoyment from your '05 as I get from mine.

Very nice car and only 51 thousand miles. You will enjoy the S-197 chassis. They ride nice and a million bolt-ons are available.

Nice purchase! I just bought my first S197 last year after owning dozens of other Mustangs. The S197 is quite a bit more refined than the previous generations.

Agreed,... and Ford finally realized they weren't Japanese and regained the traditional Mustang look.
