Finally getting my 347 back in my notch should be running and be on its way to get tuned within 2weeks. I was curious how much rwhp i should be expecting. here is the build list:
scat 347 kit 11:1 compression
holley sytemax II
out of the box afr 205's
comp XFI236 HR -14 cam
pro M 80, 42lbs injectors
anderson powerpipe
bbk 1 5/8s longtubes
tci 3200 stall
C-4, 3.73's

any input appreciated

I'll post the real numbers once its been tuned and on the dyno

Welcome to the board mack. I have a better idea. How about you just let us know when kind of numbers the car makes after you dyno tune it. Until then, this thread will be nothing but a place to suck up bandwidth. It's going to go south...fast.

Some examples of how previous HP estimate requests have gone:
http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/how-much-hp-you-think.861321/
http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/how-much-hp-do-i-have.855758/

The second thread above created a chain reaction sonic boom of more HP requests:

poor guy, just wants to know how much power he is putting down. My estimate: way more than mine, i can only push it so hard. Maybe i could squeeze 1hp if my neighbor lets me borrow his horse. 3 weeks til i get my engine in though and i have no idea where to get a dyno tune here

Appreciate all the input, I was really hoping for that magic 400rwhp mark hopefully I have some luck. I have a dry kit still on the car so I might have to give it a small shot to gt it over the 400 mark.

Can you still get the "Desktop Dyno?" I remember using that tool 12-14 years ago, I forget who made it, but it was a computer program that you could put in all your dimensions, i.e. displacement, cam profile, compression ratio, ect. Seemed like it was decently accurate.
