new belt length???

i was wondering if anybody knew what length of serpentine belt to use with ford racing UD pulleys and no smog pump???? I still have A/C and power steering.

Try a search there usually is plenty of articles for belt lengths.
Another option is going down to autozone and just try different belts in the parking lot.

With stock pullies and my smog pump removed i used 77". I dont know how much of a difference the pullies make

i had BBK pullies and no smog but i still had air. And i was using 76.5

what about underdrives no a/c and no smog?

you need an a/c idler bracket for that, the water pump will be in the path of the p/s and alt...

Thats my current setup right now, and i have a 72.5 inch belt

For no smog but with A/C and p/s mine took an 84.5". They all vary a bit depending on how you route the belt (whether you go from the alternator to the bottom pulley, or to the top of the water pump) and the shape your tensioner is in. I measured with a string while a friend held the tensioner in place. Then went to NAPA and bought 3 belts about 3/4" apart (right around 84.5"). Told 'em I'd bring back the 2 that didn't fit. No problems.
