Well, we took our 06 to the track today. It's a auto, C&L street intake, 4:10, and 91 Octane Predator tune, also with dragradials. 13.17 at 102 mph with a 1.90 60ft. The mph was off by 2 mph from the norm, so tommorrow will be lookin for 12's.

Yes, it was with th M&H'S. With the auto you can only bring it up to 2000 rpm before it wants to spin the tires, A better convertor with more stall should really wake the 60 ft times up!!! I would like to get it to 60 ft in the 1.6-17 range, but I don't see that happening unless I put a convertor in it. Any install one in there car yet, if so how was the driveability? What brand did you put in and what does it stall at? Thanks.

If your car is a stick, ride the clutch out a little when ya leave the line, it will really help the 60 ft, if ya put a set of dragradials on you should be able 60 ft in the 1.6-1.7 range leaving the line at 4000 rpm!!! Hey did your underdrive pulleys come with 2, or 3 pulleys?

I launch @ 2600-2800 rpm on stock tires @ 15 psi, anymore than that I cant recover.

it is a stick, and i had normal street pressure in the tires. still trying to get everything worked out, this was only the second time ever to the track, and the first time i only ran 3 times.

the roush pulley kit is a two piece design--crank and water pump only.

Today's run's

We ran one 13.17 and two 13.19 and a 13.24 lifting at 94 mph, lookin at that run we might have gotten it in the 13'os had we not lifted. This week I'm going to install the underdrive pulleys and got back out next weekend, I have to say, I have been having fun playing with this 06 gt, with the wife doing the driving, but I can't wait to get my 93 Cobra 1400hp back together so I can do some racing Too!!! Here's a picture of it, to date I have ran a best of a 9.03 at 164.86 mph.
