Well tonight I was AMAZED at how my car ran, it was SO FAST, well at least to me. My stock headed, stock cammed, stock geared 98 GT ran 13's ALL NIGHT LONG. Look in my sig for my mods, all the car had done was No Back Seat, and No Sway Bar. Here is my timeslip, I wish I had a bit more MPH, but hey, the time is FINE by me.

Beleive me I was shocked too, the launch was beyond perfect, not a hint of spin or bogg, just strait smooth acceleration, I was on 275/40/17 Nitto Drag Radials. They are beyond bald too, I think I can go 13.5 or better with 4.10 gears, and that is just crazy for a 98 GT.

sorry guys im getting ready to flame... a few weeks ago i posted saying how i beat a 2001 with 450 pounds of torque? maybe the guy was lying... but heres what matters, everyone on there was saying how theres no way a 96-98 will beat a 99+ yet my car is not stock, and i have a feeling as soon as i get to the track it will suprise some people... hes running 13.7s almost stock...

I am impressed! I would be down 5 bucks right now. Luckily, my car running like complete @$$ saved me a few bills. hehe. When the track reopens, we should go together. Later man, hopefully ill run into you on the street when you're running street tires.

Those are great times. I wish I could run in that range, but I'm always in the low-mid 14's. I guess I need a little practice with the launch.
