Anybody notice a new bracket in the Ford Performance Parts website for the air splitter on a 2000 Cobra R? It looks like it's made of some tubular material, not stamped steel like the older one.
It's probably just the reinforcement all the 00R guys have had to make for their cars. Go to the Cobra R forum at svtperformance.com and look this up. They had to make braces to prevent their bumpers/splitters from flexing at high speed.
