Did someone run over your puppy or something, noob?

I just asked a simple question, about what was difficult about the process. As I'm going to be doing the same this winter.

Where did you order the carpet from? That way I can avoid ordering it there, I want to find something precut so I don't have to deal with the hassle of cutting it to fit.

And for the record, if you eat me, your a ghey dictates

I have had my interior in and out so many times now, and have never had the cash on hand to put in new carpet.

I replaced my carpet about a month ago. I look back on the project and don't remember it being tough, but I do recall getting really mad a couple times.

Do these carpets come pre-cut? That would make the job extremely easy!

buy the pre cut and lay it out on the lawn on a hot day to make it soft and plyable.....not to bad to install after they are nice and hot!

i highly reccomend the mass back carpet kit from 50resto. it is a giant pain in the a$$ to install because it so thick, but interior noise is so much quieter. just my .02

Like Flavadave said lay it out in the sun for a few hours before you try to install it and it goes MUCH easier. Same goes for vinyl seat covers. If you have to install it during the winter then at least lay it out in your house somewhere so at least it is heated up a little bit and the kinks and folds have worked their way out.
