I need to buy a new clutch asap..
My clutch i think was stock but im not positive but it was extremely hard to push down..

I was thinking King Cobra

What do ya'll think for me so it won't be as hard to push in?

I'm getting ready to do the same thing as you and have been considering the very same clutch. I called Permance Mustangs (Houston-based 65-new Stanger dealer/autobody) and they suggested that I go with the Luk clutch. I was told that has just as much clamping force as the King Cobra, and requires less pedal force. Of course, this isn't a clutch that I see in too many magazines, but I say let the research do the talking.

Just something to consider. :D If you do get it, drop the word on what you think about it.

I have a Luk Clutch...

...its an OEM replacement. My clutch completely went out when I was in another city so I had a shop replace it. It had a Ford Motorsport clutch in it when I bought it.

After they put in the Luk clutch I drove it nice and easy to let it break in. Now I can tell you, it isn't the same as a Motorsport clutch. My car doesn't have the same gripping power it had before. Clutch pedal feel is the same to.

I don't do much spirited driving, at least not until I rebuild my grinding T5. But I am sure if I did, this clutch would get roasted pretty quick. I would get something else.
