Looking to order my new clutch, and wondering which one to get for my 97 cobra? I use this car as a some what daily driver. Just have mild mods,headers,cai,gears. The normal stuff.
I got a spec 3+ and it was too much for me and the way I drive at the track. On the street I liked how it felt...it was hard not to spin the tires. I am trying to spec 2 next but if I am still unhappy I am going back to a stock clutch myself even with 460t at the wheels.
I just put a RAM HD in my 99 Cobra. Holds up to 600hp and has a stock feel. I got a dual friction plate with organic on one side and kevlar on the other. So far it's great.
