i was just thinking the same thing. funny when you are or were a tech you think of stuff like that.

I wish I were a tech, lol. But yeah, I see stuff like that and wonder if whoever designed and actually made them took that into consideration at all.

since i do parts now, whenever i hear of a new feature or option on a car, i look and see how much it costs to replace it when it inevitably breaks.

When I worked at a dealership I did the same thing! "Huh, thats cool. Wonder how long it lasts? Lets see how much it cost when it breaks."


And I am so mad at you EPIK! Why did you have to wait till after I got my new wheels to show me thoes! I coulda got them instead and then I woulda been the envy of every Cobra owner out there
