Welcome to stangnet
I'll move this to the sn95 forums so you can get advice from people that have that model stang, they may be able to offer some help.

The answer to your first question is no. Two different suspensions on the 2000 and 2015. Not sure what you are asking in the second

Just wondering. You are aware that a Modular OHC V6 from a 2015 will NOT bolt up the transmission of a 2000 V6 right? Count the number of bolt holes around the starter. They are different.

What is it you are trying to do?

2 different suspensions so no. Not sure what exactly you're looking to do and why but sounds like financially and functionally you may just want to look into buying the right car.

When you say suspension, do you mean the IRS? Or the k-member front control arm area?

I remember reading about someone swapping the new IRS into a fox body. I'll have to see if I can find it. It was more complicated than the '03-'04 cobra IRS swap, that's fairly straightforward.
