I put my new exhaust on and it sounds pretty good but i have a pretty loud leak where the x-pipe meets the header. I have tried numerous times to adjust and correct it but doesnt seem to want to line up properly. Is there a form of a gasket maker i can use to try and seal it up a little better? also is there a gasket that goes between the headers and the egr line that runs to the smog pump? i feel like some of the ticking might be coming from there as well..The exhaust manifold gaskets are brand new so that is not where it is coming from. Thanks for any help you can give me! Much appreciated!

i believe some parts stores sell gaskets that go between the header and midpipe, so maybe you can check that out. what you should really do is take the time to get it aligned properly. As for the smog pump line, where the tube goes into the line to the cats you can use RTV high temp gasket maker
