Flowood, Ms
Why would Ford Racing performance Parts sell new crate engines with NO paperwork on break-in procedures, oils to use/not use? They have installation Notes about what cars they fit, and waterpump info etc,on-line, but everyone I've ever known that sold crate motors provided some info on break-in. This is the second 345 HP engine I've bought from them and all you get besides the engine is a thermostat and gasket. BTW, the NEW 345 HP engine does have roller rockers and flashy valvecovers. All this for a mere $500.00 more than the previous XE3M crate engine. They do have a warranty now too...forgot about that. If it works, that adds some value.
Stepping down off my soap box now....

nuttin honey, worked fine and still does. just wondered why Ford is the only person supplying crate motors with no paperwork. Both Mopar and Chevy do as well as all the engnine overhaulers I'm aware of. just seems odd to me.
