new fuel pump

Is your motor stock? Most people upgrade their FPR's when they change Heads, Cam, Intakes to allow for better tuning.

Also, A fuel pressure gauge would then be required to see what pressure you are adjusting the regulator to.

you have a regulator already. the question is do you need an adjustable one. id say no, you dont NEED one but if you want to do any type of tuning to it, you will need one with a gauge. Kirban is a great one and are usually a lot cheaper then say BBK

The return style fuel system will take care of excess volume from your mildly upgraded pump.

Good luck.

Since you only got a 110 its probably safe to say you are rolling stock or close to it. So to answer your question, you can get by with the stock fuel system like the others have said.
