Hi all. I have a 92 lx that I got off a guy that was swapping a 5.0 and t-5 and never finished. I have it now thinking of a 460 swap since my 351 block is a no go...

Too much weight over the nose of an already nose heavy car. Same power can be made with a small block

That's true man...there are so many ways to build a foxbody my power goal is about 500 to the ground

I was getting it for free out of a wrecked pick up that a friend of ours had at a rent house the people lost the houes... there goes my block

No the car has nothing in it ...no engine, transmission, fuel tank, I have all the body part now except hood. I am building it from scratch. I can get a 351 or 460 for the some price. The way it looks I could get my 500 hp from the 460 a little cheaper and take that money and put in a transmission

Just me, but I would go 351 much quicker than 460. Less weight up front, and can still make your "500 hp"
