I didn't have rubbing issues unless I had several passengers and would go over a big bump or something.. Nothing worth mentioning though.

The cowl is a 2.5" Cobra R, and I'll be putting it on my 96 when I repaint it (along with the Saleen spoiler)

My lights may have been a different company or something, they did look a little light sometimes. I've got darker ones on the Cobra though.
