Not sure if any one was around the site a few years ago but I used to post alot on the 94-98 v6 boards and just recently traded in my trusty 96 V6 after 8 years together for a new 2008 v6 (no GTs were on the lot in this tiny place when my old one died and I needed a new ride). So for the last couple months we've just been getting acquainted but the husband is now bringing home a 1979 Corvette and I'd like to make sure my baby is presentable. Any suggestions for some good improvements?
I know I want to do the basic 12" body stripes that almost seem to come standard now, and tint windows. I'm basically starting with a very stock car (which is so weird since after 8 years the old one was coming along pretty well). I'd like to have duals again but I'm not sure what works the best on these new models.
