Sounds like a bad oilpump, and you just ruined a lifter. I'd check the block to see if there is any damage in the lifter holes.

i'd be willing to bet when you have done the tears downs a couple times now, sooner or later you got debris in the oil pump, and it is gouged op on the inside losing pressure

Did you try loosening the distributor and turning it alittle each way to see if it smooths out the roughness and knocking? As for the squeek, who knows what that could be.

have you checked the tensioner as a source of the squeaking?

I have the same problem but not the squealing
The banging is my tensioner - its pulled because I cant find the right belt after my smog delete so this one is on the tensioner really tight... the two metal pieces that are supposed to be touching eachother after you let the tensioner sit in its original state are about an 1/8" apart n due to the vibrations in the engines they hit eacother and make noise... check if that might be it if not sorry 4 the long post but i just couldnt describe it...
ps-how bad is it that my tensioner is so tense ... i tried the very next size belt n that one was already way too loose that it fell off but this one doesnt let the tensioner go back to its sriginal state... ????

take the belt off and just crank the car for a second. if it quits, its probably the tensioner or the alternator.. but def. take the belt off and see if its still doing it.

Take the belt off and try it, if it's that it's one of the pullies or tensioner.

It could also be the rotor hitting your distributer cap, mine usta do that for some odd reason.

As far as the knocking I get a feeling it's your harmonic balancer or something that threw the crankshaft outta place or off balance. Mine did the same exact thing when the rubber from inside the balancer tore apart.

the knock doesnt sound deep in the motor to me. sounds more like bearings in the alternator or tensioner..
