It a 427 sideoiler block converted to a center oiler. I'm using a Scat crank with 4.25 stroke. Eagle 6.700 H beam rods. Custom Piston 4.27 bored.

While I was trying to stop drooling; I noticed the cast-in lettering on the intake, and asked myself, "Offy???"

Once I finally stopped drooling, I looked down your sig. Then I said to myself "Yep!"

Very nice. You're gonna scare some people at the strip with that Falcon.

How's your fox body run? I'm thinking of putting a cam in my windsor soon and was wondering how it ran. Other than the cam I have a very similar combo.

Next week I will be dropping the motor in. If all goes well I will be making some passes in it next weekend.

When I get home I will up load the Videos. First pass I went 11.05@121. I was pissed. Cause the weekend before I went 1.46 60ft 6.62@102 10.59@125. So I checked everything out. Come to find out that the timing was at 10*. So I put it to 37*. Go out and run 1.480 6.541@105.69 10.292@129.96. Then the 3rd pass .000 reaction 1.502 60ft 6.549@105.82 10.290@130.52. It blowing the tires off at the starting line. So I got to make a decision about CalTracs or Laddar bars. I felt a bad vibartion in the rear. I don't know if it's the driveshaft or rearend but it was bad enough to make me dizzy and lose my breath. This is on one of the hottest days in South Florida.

The first pics you put up of your engine had a certain mystique about them. The slight surface rust on the block made the thing look like it belonged in a tank from the 40's....I actually liked it But the blue finish really catches the eye. Good job.
