New Rear Bumper Cover?

ok, so a few weeks ago, I got rear-ended on my way to work... cracked my rear cover, bent my support bars, and I need a new pad as well... the guy wanted to settle out of pocket, but when I told him $1000, he flipped and called his insurrance (oh well, when his next bill comes, too bad ) so, should I just replace my stock GT bumper, or go w/ something different? I was looking into a saleen rear and sides w/ a cobra front, but changed my mind...

It's up to you but I'd stay stock, I hate Saleen body kits
