My suspension is shot and I need new stuff. I don't now what I have though. All I know about is shocks because that is what I had on my truck. So my question is what do I have, is it two shocks and two struts or what? Plus which ones is in which locations? I'm not wanting to spend a whole lot on suspension either. I don't want to put springs on it cause the army over here in Europe has these stupid speed bump things that are ripping people's exhaust and bumpers off because there too high and the military won't pay us back because we are the ones who lowered the cars. I just want it to handle a little better than it is now. What is the best kind and about what price range am I looking at?

You have struts up front and shocks in the rear. They call them modified struts because the dampener and the spring are separate.

I think Tokico iluminas would make you a little happier. They are inexpensive compared to other shocks/struts, and it won't lower your car.

I have the Eibach Pro kit springs, shocks and struts and absolutely love them!! The car drives so much better with them. Never used the illuminas, but really don't need adjustable shocks to be honest.. I guess it's up to what your using your car for.. I just drag race mine..

you should consider the bullitt suspension kit then, you get the bullitt springs which will lower the car 3/4 - 1 inch and the shocks and struts, and front and rear swaybars for $400.

How strong is this kit? How much horsepower could it support?

I have the Prokit as well and I too love my springs. For shocks and struts I went with the Mach 1 Tokicos and the combination is sweet. Also to be safe I have steeda camber plates. Struts shocks springs plates is all you should need. Some leave off the plates but I chose not to. I guess with the Bullit kit you could. The drop isn't as signifigant as the Prokit
