Just picked up an 03 GT - Black. Finally scratched that Mustang itch I had since My ex-wife made me get rid of my 91' six years ago. (I told her that an old girlfriend and I used to hump in the stang on the way to Florida alot).. Hey.. it was a lessoned learned. - - Anway .. I'm looking to fill up the wheel wells on my new mustang a bit.. Looking for a few pics/recommendations.. 18's? 19's? Lower it? .. any help and pics would be awesome !

Thanks boys and girls !

Welcome, don't drink the water.

I'd say 1.5", 1" just doesn't seem low enough.

I wouldn't lower it any more than a 1".. asking for serious clearance problems..., but 18's will look nice too!

welcome.

if you are mainly looking for performance, stick with 17's max. but if you don't mind sacrificing some performance for looks, go 18's max.

lowering the car 1 1/2" will give you a noticable difference in the looks department.

Install some Eibach sportlines, keep the wheels you have now and slap some
nice big meats on those bad boys. Done.
