and i would like to be able to get some info on 'em. are there any good sites out there that can give me the basics on making boxes, etc.?

also, i'm tired of the box that sits in the back of my trunk, it's just so... THERE. i'm wondering if anyone has or can direct me to some directions to make a custom box... if anyone has done so already, this is for a 98 and two fosgate 10" HE's. i'm looking for somethat that will face the front of my car, where i can fold my seats down and be able to see the subs and not the back of the box... i hope this is understandable, lol. anyway, thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out, i appriciate it.

If you are looking at firing them through the hole going into the trunk, you'll need to completely seal off the trunk from the cabin of the car, or you're going to get major cancellation. If you want to do something somewhat different than most, you could fire the subs towards the rear, which usually gets best results in a trunk setup, and have the back of the box plexi and flush with the back of the rear seats, so when you fold down the rear seats, you'll see the inside of the enclosure and the magnets of the subs. When done properly, they turn out really well. I'll try to find some pics for you.

thanks man. i'd like to be able to get a few ideas in before i really commit to one box. also, i'm assuming that facing backwards will get me more of the "bump" that i crave, so... would you happen to have a few ideas on mounting them facing towards the back? as in, a really clean look, like those boxes that extend all the way across the back of the trunk?
