Hey everyone, I plan of getting a 02 or 03 GT, what are the best minor bolt-ons? Intake, TB, Plenum, etc, I already have the exhaust picked out, but Im having trouble deciding on other things. Also Tri-ax or Pro 50 shifter?

Thanks for the help!

Check out the parts review boards here. Quite helpful. I decided on the Pro 5.0 for less cabin noise, but have not installed it yet.

As far as the shifter goes, I installed my Pro 5.0 last night and I absolutely love it! As far as the other mods go, if you are staying N/A I would do 4.10's, Plenum, TB, underdrives, LT's, X-Pipe, and a Catback to start off with. If you are going FI I would probably do 3.73's, (possibly a Bullit intake but most likely stick with the stock intake and do the plenum and TB swap), at least a set of tuned shorty headers, X-Pipe, catback, and a nice vortech SC. I guess it just all depends on what you are wanting from it.

The Tri-Ax is a really good shifter. When I had my GT I put the Steeda T/A on and noticed a good gain from it.

I would definitely go gears first, but you will kind of be committed to forced or n/a.Something you need to decide anyway. You should have some kind of plan of where it is going,so you don't waste much money on the wrong things. As far as shifters go, I love the pro5.0.You could also throw some steeda u/ds.BTW, what exhaust are you going with?

Im thinking Catback Dynomax with a X pipe, and possibly Long tube headers, and i was planning on getting 3.73 gears anyway.

umm, 3:73's are not the best for a turbo.
