got it off ebay from a wrecked 03 cobra.
i'll be swapping the pumps out in favor of dual focus pumps next week. i may be buying a modded FPDM to run it too.

Whats the difference in the fuel tanks? I figured they all used the same 15 gallon tank, but now that I think about it, maybe the IRS has to have a different tank?

Something that always bothered me...

Why are pumps from a Focus, of all cars, the choice pumps for modded Mustangs? Better even than a Cobra's, apparently

Because 1 SVT focus pump has an higher output than 1 cobra pump. I decided to get a kb boost a pump for my cobra setup. Should be here today.

the tanks are different too. look at the 2nd pic. the cobra tank is sumped/baffled. our GT tanks are not. i was going to go with twin GT pumps but since i have one focus pump already i'll just stick with that

Ok heres the deal. They had been having fuel pressure failures with the 2.0z focuses, and even worse wirth the first few SVT Focuses - so Ford, as a recall item, replaced all the pumps with higher output pumps. They used these pumps because they were easily available and cheap, my guess is.
