OK, so I finally went to the track last night with the new blower among many other new mods and had a blast. I've been wanting to go since I moved to Utah but just haven't gotten around to it until now.
I haven't been to the track in about 5 years so I figured I would be a bit rusty and I never really got the driver mod quite figured out yet anyway.
So here is my best of two runs.
R/T = 0.389
60' = 1.937
330 = 5.534
1/8 = 8.388
MPH = 85.51
1000 = 10.798
1/4 = 12.771
MPH = 115.01
I can't seem to figure out what the DA was at the track last night, but the track altitude is 4,225' Actual 4,400' NHRA Factor and 7,000' to 11,000' Corrected or at least that's what the website says. It was at Rocky Mountain Raceway. The temp was around 75-80 and the humidity was about 30%.
I think I can work on my 60' for sure! I'm running 315-35R-17 MT ET Street Radial IIs.
I'm thinking that with some more practice and perhaps an MM TA/PHB setup I should be able to get at least a 1.7 60' out of these tires.
What do you think?
