Finally got around to upgrading my shifter...

I can't believe the difference! To all who havn't performed this mod- I highly
recommend it!

In and out in an hour. No problems.

agreed-HUGE difference, i've done it quite a bit so i can get it done in about 20min

after a while it doesn't feel so short, just go in a car w/ stock shifter, then go back to your's and you'll get that feeling all over again

An hour seems kinda long should take less than thirty min. Glad you came to your senses and got rid of the school bus shift ford installed world apart. Have fun

Jeez! you guys are tough!

I was freaking out with the boot bezel for a while (didn't want to break anything) and then with the shifter stops-trying to get them as close as possible.

Do I need to let the RTV fully cure before I road test it?? (24 hrs est.)

I think i waited about 3 hours because that's all I could stand. I don't have any oil leaking from there so all is well with mine.
