Bought an Azure 03 Mach 1 with 22k on the odometer this spring.

Hope to learn about and keep her dependable.

What I know about her is;

A/T

Interior Upgrade

3/8" Intake Spacer

Bassani Long Tubes, 2.5" SS piping, O/R Bassani X with some type glass pack straight throughs (Waayy too loud)View attachment 380906

4.30:1 gearing
Haven't figured what Stall converter is in her, but it ain't stock.
Subframe Connectors

There's more, I just haven't found them yet

She's at the shop now getting the Universal Bassani Muffs put on.

Sounds like a nice Mach that some idiot trashed with a bunch of cheesy and ill advised mods. Too bad they did not keep it stock. An automatic Azure Blue Mach1... There probably is less than 50 of them in the whole world. Why anyone would mod a car like that is beyond me

So, between the 6 colors, there were 1943 A/T Machs.... or an avg of 324 A/T's per color

No, I was talking about ones with 4R70W.... If it is stock it is very rare. According to my research there were only 63.

snap some pics of the tailpipes, could SLP loudmouths, and yeah they're kinda loud if you haven't guessed

can't go wrong with a full bassani setup on a 4v, good choice on the muffs

The Tailpipes have the SLP stamped on them, but the packs don't

I figured with Bassani Long Tubes and X-Pipe, it cant be that bad with the Bassani Muffs.

Couldn't find a Sound Clip on line though with a catless 4V Bassani setup.

yup, SLP doesn't put anything on their "mufflers" (resonators), sounds like you got yourself (or at least had) some SLP LMI's and it's generally agreed they sound like trash with an o/r midpipe

and since we're at it that's not a k&n intake, jlt maybe
