So, if you do have problems, just take the pulley off before you bring it in. Problem solved

Not unless you can hide those installation & removal marks on the pulley and snout shaft too!

There was a guy that tried that with the WRX, blew the tranny, and then removed all the aftermarket stuff, put the stock stuff on, took it back, got it fixed under warranty, posted the info, which dealership, etc and then bragged about it. He got when one of the forum admins called the dealership and sent the post to them

But yea, I had the 3/16" mod done to the WRX, but when I installed the UTEC and ABC I removed it. I'm also making more boost, 16,5lbs of boost over the stock 14.7lbs now.
