ok guys well i got the computer in it and it is running better. well i was looking at the computer today and it is a lb2 but it has a sticker on it that says if this is removed waranty voided or whatever. but on that same sticker it say 3.0l taurus or sable only. but the guy i bought it from said it was from an 88 t coupe. is this somthing i should worry about? or is it ok. i dont have my vam on it yet but it still wont rev past 3k rpm under load. is that cause the vam or is my computer wrong? thanks for any help

Yikes...

The 3.0 taurus sticker just means it is a re-man computer. Yourself or the previous owner bought it from a parts store, who flashed it to contain the LB2 programming and function. Don't worry about it.

Yes, not reving past 3k is probably due to not having a VAM. That is the air meter and I'm surprised you can even get it to run without the VAM.

One way to get a C4 is from a Pinto/MII and probably Mavrick/Comet with 2.3's
