New to the site, want to say hello to all.
I have a question about my 2002 GT. I have had problems getting it to start when cold all winter long. I know the 01's had a service bulliten for this problem, a issue with the PCM, (hard to start when cold/misfiring under high loads at low speeds etc.). Basically this is what my car was doing. Does it sound like the same problem?
Note; I removed the mufflers about 1 week ago. I have driven the car for about 90 miles since, 6 or 7 trips total. After a couple of drives the car was alot easier to start, and has been since the muffler delete. And the temps. have been about the same outside everytime. Any other time before I would spend 2 or 3 minutes trying to get it running.
Any help or suggestions GREATLY appreciated. Opinions also welcome.
Note; New battery, new coolant temp sensor, bbk CAI with MAF. No other mods exc. muffler delete. 70K miles.
