Well, my headlights are fogged up pretty bad, so I will be replacing them. I had the idea to semi pressurize the new ones with nitrogen.
I was thinking about how you can fill your tires with nitrogen because it doesnt leak out as easily, and it is less susceptible to temperature changes. We use it at work to purge the air out of cameras.
Do you guys think that this could be an effective means of preventing future fogging of the lights?

Hmmmm... I doubt it. Fogging is caused by fumes from the adhesives AND by ultraviolet radiation.

My suggestion would be to use 303 Aerospace Protectant on the exterior of the housings to screen out the UV raditation. Teh mad tyte 303 Aerospace Protectant is SPF 40

Do they sell it at Autozone? I might have to give it a try.

Hell no, it is very hard to find... But their website does have a dealer locater feature... If you are lucky and live in a big city you will be able to just buy it locally. Otherwise you will have to order it online.
