School me! Anyone's personal experiences or good links are welcome. I need to know as much as possible.

Today I bought a used setup, which is a N.O.S. wet kit with a Nitrous express nozzle, and an Edelbrock bottle. He gave me a relay and wiring, a momentary switch and an arming switch, and all the lines. I'm going to study N.O.S. installation instructions thoroughly, I will have plenty of time. I probably won't use this kit until next spring when I finish the 351w and get it in the car. It will be going in that windsor in my 90.

I wanted to have an arming switch, and a WOT switch for activation. It currently has .035 nitrous jet, and a .020 fuel jet. I need to know how big of a shot that is. I was thinking I would order more jets, and start out at like a 50 or 75 h.p. shot, and probably run no more that 100. What size jets would I need for those?

Any help/advice/stories are welcome.

Right now your in left field. On a wet kit the fuel is always larger. You need to look up the nos jet charts and work off of that.

I run a 100shot dry set up on my 89 gt and I can honestly say my best advice to you is to purchase a FUEL PRESSURE SAFETY SWITCH and a bottle heater. The safety switch will stop the nitrous from spraying if there isn't enough fuel pressure for some reason or another. It saved me once, and that made it worth it. And I ran my setup for like 6 months and thought it was amazing until I got the bottle heater and it turns out that if nitrous is at the correct temperature then it works better. Who would have thought?

I thought that's the way it was supposed to be, but the way I got the kit was with a .035 on the nitrous side and a .020 on the fuel, I thought they were kind of backwards.

I've already looked into the pressure switch, I've found a few for only like 40-50$, cheap insurance for sure. I'm spending a ton of money on this windsor, I don't want to blow it up because I wouldn't spend 50$ on a pressure switch. What are your thoughts on a window switch, say 3k-6k rpm?

Like you said you don't kill an expensive motor because you wouldn't spend a little more. I have mine set up so the nitrous only sprays when the gas peddle is on the floor. I actually dont even have a spray switch. I arm the system, purge, then as soon as the peddle is to the metal the nitrous sprays(and only then), that way the throttle body is completely open and you are already up in the rpm's. It work better for me because I dont have to worry about hitting a spray switch.
