Nitrous: nozzle or TB plate

I have been looking for a wet nitrous plate for my stock 5.0 intake(between the upper & lower) NOS disontinued just the plate. So my question: nozzle or TB plate? Im looking for the most efficient, better atomization, brands.....thanks BKD

My buddy was spraying threw a fogger nozzle first.Then switched to the nitrous works plate kit and said it hit alot harder.He was pilled for a 200shot which this was in a sn and ate up bolt on 6liter gtos.

Obviously the fogger is fine if your gonna stay at 100shot but that what he thought he was gonna do.Later on in the week he ordered pump,plugs,afpr and so on and was spraying a 200shot.
