Have you checked the connection at the plug on the blower box behind the glove box?? You might also try bypassing and hooking up a direct 12V to the orange wire that supplies power to the blower motor itself to make sure it hasnt went bad.
If all the fuses are good and applying 12v causes the blower to turn I would look towards the switch itself or the blower speed resistor. I would start first with the resistor, if the blower is working the resistor is most likely your problem.
