Check for power to the Fuel Injectors. They should be hot anytime the key is on. The PCM provides the ground. If the injectors have power, then something is keeping the PCM from providing the ground, such as a PIP signal ect. If the injectors do not have power with key on, then there is either a blown fuse or bad wire in the circuit.

When you swapped distributors did you use the same TFI chip or a different one? May have a broken wire between the distributor and ECU.

Saw this here before and it was related to a wire behind the drivers kick panel. Not sure if it's your issue. Green with yellow stripe wire. This is someone else's photo from a previous thread.

The new distributor came up with a new Module I used a new one. Is there any way to check the pIp signal with a multimeter or a test light.

Is the TFI module black or grey? Does it match your old one?

This video helped me solve my PIP issue. Also, relocate your TFI module asap.

Did you follow the steps in order or just jump to the injector pulse test? If you go through the checklist completely and in order you will find your problem.
