There's better products to use than the "consumer" line of Meguiars stuff (get the Meguirars professional stuff in the tan bottles), but you did a great job on that wing! What was wrong with in the first place?

i got a huge tupperware full of online stuff and even more store bought crap. ill figure out what works, i just dont wanna do it by hand anymore, gettin lazy :D thats why i bought the pc.
the wing itself has been off the car since i got it. i guess it was bad oxidation. it looked like it needed paint bad. im sure u could get the same results by hand, but u polly rub off ur fingers 1st. ill be doing the whole car 2morrow and ill post pics!! :)
*wing is still not going back on. its going back under the bed :D

Not necessarily! Cleaned up properly it'll be as good as new.

Suspect, at least now it'll look good under there :rlaugh:

PCs are great, you can eat a sandwich and detail a car at the same time :nice:

check out poorboysworld.com they make some AWESOME products. Natty's, EX, everything they have is top notch. Also Four Star and Klasse are very good brands too. Klasse All In One is an awesome product, so is Four Star Ultimate Paint Cleaner, and Ultimate Paint Protectant.

I have Klasse AIO and poorboys bold and bright (tire dressing), poorboys spray&wipe (waterless carwash), poorboys Spray&gloss (quick detailer), Clearkotes Vallina Moose hand glaze (add to the wet look) they all work great and now that I know what I know I refuse to go back to over the counter products. These work ten times better and way easier to use, and last 3 times as long.

Yupp, got my PC about 7 months ago. Love it.

Use with some SSR2.5 and top with some Natty's Blue Wax.

SEXY.
I'm slowly saving for my PC and there is a guy on autopia.org who's keeping me updated on his natty blue experiment to see how it looks on white paint. If it turns out well natty's blue is going to be added to my arsinile(sp?).

thxs guys, ima have to check out some of those products. :nice: btw anyone know where i can pick up some extra foam pads (velcro ones)? id rather just go pick some up instead of ordering them online.

did the car with some sonus swirl remover/polish and meguiars nxt...

suspect, your car is BALLS!

I forgot where i got my pads from, but it was some online company...either autogeek, autopia or something, i got 4 foam pads, 1 wool pad, 2 terry cloth bonnets, 2 MF bonnets and 2 MF towels for $80 in a package deal...i THINK it came with a backing plate too, might have been separate, also GET THAT CLEANING tool its like $12 but its awesome

here's some pics i took....just for you :D
