I went out and fired up my 90 stang for the first time in 8 months and she lit off on the 3rd hit. But I have no turn signals (flashers work), reverse lights, and the rear defrost doesn't work. Also my blower motor doesn't work either. I pulled the fuse's 5 and 9 and they were fine I checked for power at the fuse block with a dvm and nothing all the other fuses have power. I just got back into town and am also in the process of moving and my chiltons book is some were else besides the places I am looking. Anybody got any help? Thanks in advance.

Fuse 5 & 9 are tied together at the fuse box and are fed by the same wire. Check for a Grey/Yellow wire that connects the ignition switch to the fuse box. Probably a loose/bad connection at one of the ends. Also possible that part of the ignition switch is going bad.

OK I couldn't help but going out and looking at it one more time today and lets just say I need a new ignition switch. I also need the electrical connector that plugs into it. I think I found a place that sells a piggy back kit for the connector here :

http://www.bwdbrand.com/web_app/catalog/catalog.aspx

But when i was looking at the ingnition switch part it is attached with 2 star screws but in the center of the drive part of the screw is a pin. Anybody know were you can get a tool to take those screws out. I work on airplanes for a living and see wierd crap all the time. But I have never saw a screw like that before.

Sounds like you want tamper proof torx bits. The parts stores sell them individually or in sets.

Good luck.
