No start car is have Electrical problems HEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Hey guy need some advice here regarding my 88 stang gt, i was driving it the other day and the battery indicator droped to 8 volts and the lights and radio everything started to fade away, i replace the battery and alternator but nothing changed, could it be the silinoid? not sure need to figure out how to start my 5.0 so any and all help would be appreciated

What is the voltage while the car idles? What is it at 1500 RPM?

You might have blown a fusible link when the old alt went south and the blown link is keeping the new alternator from charging.

i think its at 8

You are using a DMM? The car shouldnt even run at 8V.
