no start

ok i helped a friend put a motor in his car and the other day it decided it just wants to spin over and not start i know use the no start check list , i have done this it has all new relays new tfi, dizzy, i have 12.56 volts going to the coil and tfi but doesnt have but like 3.5at the red wire on the injectors any ideas there is no spark or injector pulse i have checked this with a noid lite so i know for sure. anybody have any ideas
