I checked the fuses, all good, replaced the actual blinker and checked all the bulbs and still no signals; no clicking or power to them at all. Besides the obvious like the wiring is @#$%ed is there anything else that would affect this?

Check the fuse

Then if the fuse is good, think about this: the flasher in the fuse panel is for the hazard lights and not the turn signals. The turn signal flasher has at least 3 possible locations depending on the model year. One location is on the back side of the fuse panel. Another is over behind the radio, and the third is over by the glove compartment. Good luck in finding it...It's an Easter Egg hunt...

Did you replace the hazard flasher or the often buried-in-the-bowels-of-the-car turn-signal flasher?
You might want to post the year of stang, as locations changed slightly throughout the years.

Good luck.

Edit: NM - Jrichker posted while I pecked.

So like your not getting any blinker flashing on the dash? This may sound dumb but do you got a pillar gauges or anything your running hooked up to an ignition hot wire? Sometimes you will steal the power running to a certain thing which could be your blinker. As i know my friend hooked up his tach off a wire under the dash and his blinker lights inside wouldn't flash on the dash. Unhooked them, and sure as **** they worked again.

If the flasher doesn't solve the problem, try swapping out the multi-function switch. They do tend to go bad and if yours isn't the problem now, it may very well become one in the future, so you'll have a spare when the time comes.

I just re-wired my 92' Notch. It took me 42.5 hours over a 4 day period. A big pain but its done. As simple as it may sound, look at your ground wires. Those were my biggest problems. Usually when its a bad ground, the blinkers will still work, just your gauges will go up with each blink. But if you have a disconnected ground, that will be a bit of a problem. Your best friend in this would be a test light. Good luck.
