Is there any way to jumpstart a 6 volt car with 2 batteries? I don't have a 6 volt charger and am trying to get this old car going after some work tomorrow.

We always started our old 6 volt cars and tractors by jumping with a 12 volt battery, start cranking and have someone hook up the jumpers until it fires.

Thanks for the reply. I just ended up borrowing a 6 volt charger.

Yes you can if I remember correctly you put the negative on one battery and possitive on the other battery and you should be good.

I am bringing a spare battery I have for a jumper if I need it just for that.
