Hi All,
I recently purchased a 2002 GT Convertible and want to add a couple of gauges into an A-Pillar pod. I know this topic has been covered before, but I have not seen it covered for someone who has never done this before. I am pretty mechanically inclined so I should be able to handle this. So here are my questions:

1. Who makes a gauge pod for the convertible?
2. Where and how do I hook up an electrical water temp and oil pressure gauge? Do I disconnect the factory gauges and use those sensors? What is the easiest way to do this that will keep me out of trouble!
I have been a long time lurker here as I waited to find the right car to purchase, so I am anxious to "get 'er done"! Thank you all who can help me get started on my dream car.

I installed an Autometer fuel pressure and boost gauge about a month ago so I can't comment or give advice for your guages and sensor locations. The install "electrical wise" was pretty straight-forward and not hard at all. The hardest part for me was getting all the damn wires through the grommet on the firewall. I have an Autometer 2 pod guage pillar that I ordered from Don @ www.modularmadness.com . Give him a try, I'm sure he'll have something for your vert. I also used a write-up on www.fnsweet.com to help me out. Check it out..... guage write-up

I'm actually installing mine tonight as well. I ordered my gauge pod from jegs.com. I couldn't find a full pillar for a convertible.
